Jerome became a board member in 2013. Jerome would make sure each teenage, male and female have everything that they possibly needed from shoes to clothing, coats, diapers, milk, food, transportation. He would make sure everyone had a bright day even if they were down. The encouragement that he gave to the kids by letting them know LIFE DOES NOT END WITH YOU HAVING A CHILD KEEP PUSHING FORWARD DO NOT LOOK AT THIS AS A MISTAKE EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. DCFPT was one stop for Jerome. He was a volunteer at the DC Central Kitchen where engaged in cooking, which was one of his passions. Jerome was a member of the Hampton University Alumni association. He is member of the Shriners, the Sons of Black Caesar Motor Cycle Club and a former member of the Down and Dirty Motorcycle Club.
